Prospect AI is a brand under TDS Group, a Dubai-based performance marketing agency.
Prospect AI is an AI-powered CRM and lead management system built for service businesses across the UK and UAE. It handles everything from sales pipelines and automated follow-up through to AI agents that respond to and qualify leads within seconds of an enquiry coming in.
We generate our own leads through Meta. We need someone to convert them.
The Role
You’ll take inbound Meta leads and turn them into booked, attended sales appointments.
Booking the call is the easy part. The job is getting that person to actually turn up — warmed up, expecting value, and ready for a real conversation. You’ll build rapport and curiosity on the phone, handle objections, follow up consistently, and drive the show rate.
We measure and reward the metrics that matter: lead to booked, and lead to show. Not calls dialled, not calendar slots filled.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven appointment setting or telephone sales experience
- Experience converting Meta/Facebook leads specifically
- Strong ability to build value and create curiosity on a call
- Comfortable managing leads through a CRM — GoHighLevel or similar
- Able to evidence your numbers: lead → booked, booked → attended, lead → show
Details:
- Fully remote
- $700 USD per month base, plus performance bonuses tied to booked and show rates – up to $400 per month
- 9:00am -5:00pm UAE Time Zone
