Eligibility & timeline

  • Offer applies to new LaunchReady clients who book  within 48 hours of submitting the form and attend the scheduled call first time.
  • Calls scheduled after the 48-hour mark or missed scheduled appointments will not qualify for the offer.
  • The 14-day clock starts at the end of the onboarding call (Dubai time).

What “ads are live” means

  • At least one Google and one Meta campaign are launched with:
    • Working tracking (UTMs; platform conversions enabled),
    • An approved landing page published.
    • Active budgets and payment methods in the ad accounts.

Client responsibilities (to keep the timeline)

  • Within 3 calendar days of onboarding: provide admin access to required platforms (Google/Meta ad accounts, website/CMS/domain, analytics, CRM), brand assets, compliance language, and valid payment methods.
  • Provide approvals/feedback within 24 hours for ads, copy, and landing pages (per round). If no response within 24 hours, items may be treated as approved to proceed to maintain timeline.

Delays & credits

  • If Day 14 is missed due to TDS (and all client responsibilities above were met on time), client receives 50% refund of their total LaunchReady payment, no debate.
  • If Day 14 is missed due to client-side delays or factors outside TDS control (see below), no refund applies, and the 60-day implementation timeline continues as scheduled.

Outside TDS control (examples)

  • Late/missing access, assets, or approvals; brand/legal/compliance holds; third-party/vendor delays; platform review/verification issues, account restrictions/bans; hosting/DNS issues; national holidays/force majeure.

Billing

    • Payment is structured as follows:
    • Month 1: £600: charged on Day 14 (when campaigns go live)
    • Month 2: £900: charged on Day 44
    • Month 3: £1,200: Charged on Day 74 (Recurring every 30 days
     
    • First payment occurs on Day 14 when campaigns are live. If client-side delays prevent go-live by Day 14, payment timeline may be adjusted.
    • Refund (if earned due to TDS missing Day 14 deadline): 100% of total payment, processed within 14 business da

Other

  • Minimum ad spend as specified in the SOW applies for the 60-day implementation period.
  • Offer is limited capacity and cannot be combined with other promotions.
